Ivana is a senior professional with 10 years’track record of successful strategic and tactical leadership and significant professional background in various industries (production, wholesale and retail, FMCG industry, renewable energy sources) within Nelt group.

The crown of her career is obtaining General Manager position in Corner Shop, for the past 3 years. Before that, she was Executive manager and Board member in Neoplanta AD and Novi Dom AD, also member of Nelt group.

As an expert in financial area, she was engaged as internal trainer for management teams for several years for: financial statements analysis, explication and proper usage of managerial reports, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting.

She has graduated Phytomedicine and got Master degree in Marketing at Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Belgrade University.
